Dimitris Tzamouranis at Woods Art Institute

In the exhibition TIMES the Woods Art Institute near Hamburg is presenting works by Vanessa Beecroft and Thomas Judisch, as well as large-format oil paintings by Greek painter Dimitris Tzamouranis from his series “Mare Nostrum”, which, named with exact geographic coordinates, refer to places where refugees attempting to cross the Mediterranean Sea sank and died.
